BAGHDAD, Iraq: A US soldier walks past a tent erected 21 November 2005
at the site of a double suicide car bombings that occurred last week
near a Baghdad hotel that houses foreigners and near an interior
ministry prison. The attacks flattened several houses and partially
destroyed an apartment building forcing residents in the area to build
tents to live in after spending several days living outdoors.





DHAKA, BANGLADESH: Bangladeshi security persons check a cycle-rickshaw

stepped up the hunt for suspected suicide bombers and provided guards

SEOUL, REPUBLIC OF KOREA: South Korean farmers holding a banner scuffle

been building since South Korea last year agreed to double rice imports
