Сегодня баг нашел в смарте
Всем багам баг.

Sometimes installing a new package can be interrupt with an error from rpm -
cpoi can’t extract a file(s) to a destination place, because of some issue -
for example, broken symlink.
BUT! But smart think, that package is installed! No files copied, no actions
taken, but smart remove package from /var/lib/smart/paskages (or other, if have
a custom config) and update rpm database.
