Those facts do not 
look true-to-life. They function as PR-projects and “plaster casts”, which have the aim to show that “we also have it all”: i.e. independent courts, mass media, opposition parties and democratic elections…These aspects were presented fully in Evdokimov’s and Shcherbinsky’s cases.
