Communism in USSR / Cuba / North Korea was not Real Communism.
In a sense, it is true. Social product, advertised by the Marxists was never delivered to the mass consumer.
And this is exactly why Communism remains popular around the globe. It is an evergreen advertising idea. It is a perfect propagandist construct, looking extremely appealing in slogans and futuristic pictures.
It has all the ingredients - freedom, an abundance of wealth, futuristic technology, happiness for everyone for every moment.
Mass consumer buys it much like it buys a smiley image of themselves drinking Coca-Cola.
And much like Coca-Cola, it is mostly ordinary water mixed with some chemicals, paint, and sugar, bad for your teeth and health in general.
Was REAL Coca-Cola ever delivered? That image of a happy person quenching his thirst never materialized really. All we had was a taste of mediocrity and half an hour of a sugar rush augmented with caffeine, followed by a crush. And it leaves you thirstier than before. A clever propagandist would turn it around and make it into "thirsty for more".
Undoubtedly, there is no real Coca-Cola. We want the magic elixir of Kola nuts and Coca leaves to make us indefatigable, but it is not there.
Yet the attention of the consumer is already captured by a corporate giant, - Coca-Cola or the Socialist Government.
The difference is that the Leftist Government, unlike Coca-Cola comes with a full monopoly on the market as well as a monopoly on violence, so the policies it produces will be poured down your throat through the giant funnel.
