И чтоб ты жил на одну зарплату. [Oct. 27th, 2005|01:14 pm]
[Current Mood | satisfied]

I am pleased to announce a significantly enhanced stock compensation program designed to reward our employees for their hard work and commitment to the long-term success of the Company. With our new XXXXXXX Stock Awards program, we will be one of the few leading companies to provide every employee with direct share ownership.

Stock awards are shares granted at no cost to you, so they always have value once they vest. This is different from the more traditional stock options, where you have to pay the exercise price. And with stock awards, if XXXXXXX XXXXXXX’ stock price increases in the future, when the shares vest they will be even more valuable.

XXXXXXX XXXXXXX has had a long-standing philosophy and commitment to providing our employees an incentive compensation plan that is aligned with the interests of our shareholders. We have been, and continue to be, dedicated to providing stock as part of our compensation program. We believe our stock programs help XXXXXXX attract and retain our highly-skilled employees who contribute to our strong global competitive position.

We plan to issue the first stock awards beginning with the stock focal in Q1 ’06. For most employees, the new stock awards program will replace the existing stock option program. Executive compensation plans will have a mix of the new stock awards and the traditional stock options. As is the case today, stock options have value only if the stock price increases.
