Скорее разница между заработком и стоимостью жизни стала меньше, чем в других местах, стоимость недвижимости - существенная составляющая.

Всё это очень интересно, пересыхание VC в 5 раз с 2000 года не может не радовать. Инвестиции только местных инвесторов и только в Китай выросли больше чем на порядок за 10 лет и достигли 2млрд. Иностранные инвестиции в Долину упали в разы.
Теперь думаем, что будет здесь со стоимостью жилья. Место-то оно конечно особенное - не всякое болото так воняет. |
