Follow the money. Its “change” and populist pre election branding to the contrary, Obama raised more money from the financial services industry than any previous Presidential candidate. And the procurer-in-chief, Rahm Emanuel, concentrated his impressive fund-raising efforts on hedge funds and private equity firms..... They expect a handsome return on investment, and it sure looks like they are getting it.

Зачем их посадили, чтобы деньги вернули. "люди дома теряют". Нужно чтобы неподъёмные долги висели, чтобы все платили, пока не сдохнут. Уже пробегало, модификации и попытки "тянуть до конца" в большинстве случаев приводят к тому же фореклозу, только у домовладельца финансовая ситуация гораздо хуже становится - ещё несколько месяцев платить больше, чем рент, а в результате всё равно всё потеряет. |
