Cema, it says towards the end of the article (which I hadn't read, I admit) that a commission was appointed to come up with more "profitable" guidelines for Israeli negotiations of this kind. I sincerely wonder - why only now? What has been happening during these two years? And why not to apply the same law(s) mentioned in the article to this very case?
