Речь идет о моей публикации от 12-го ноября 2009-го года (!!!), в которой я информирую о следующих событиях украинской действительности:

7-го ноября 2009 «неизвестные городские партизане» атаковали агитационные биг-борды кандидатов в президенты на выборах 2010 и распространили заявление, согласно которому данная акция является протестом, в частности, против задержания 52-летнего жителя Сум, который испортил биг-борды одной из политических сил у себя в городе в сентябре этого года.

Indymedia напоминает, что 29-го сентября сотрудники Службы Безопасности Украины (!) арестовали 52-летнего безработного во время его нападения на один из биг-бордов. Его тут же обвинили в «посягательстве на украинские ценности» и повесили статью 296 УК Украины (хулиганка). «Пострадавшие» политические силы требуют максимально жесткого наказания по этой статье - 5 лет лишения свободы.

Now that the show is over, and we have jointly exercised our constitutional rights, we would like to leave you with one very important thought. Sometime in the future, you may have the opportunity to serve as a juror in a so-called obscenity case. It would be wise to remember that the same people who would stop you from viewing an adult film may be back next year to complain about a book, or even a TV program. If you can be told what you can see or read, then it follows that you can be told what to say or think. Defend your constitutionally protected rights. No one else will do it for you. Thank you.
