They just don't want to spend more than a couple hours figuring out who's with the Venezuelan government and who's not. The executive order doesn't target individuals, just those with some kind of commercial relationship with the government. In adobe's eyes, it's easier to just deactivate all venezuelan accounts. This really sucks overall. This is the kind of problem we were warned about when integrating cloud servicing into everything, but never thought would actually happen.
