Many of my releases no longer exist/can be bought as physical, or
online copies and cannot be obtained even from second hands.
Also, some of the albums were released for free by the artist
themselves.
And, yeah, sure everyone is in need.

That is for copyright owner to decide, what and when to release. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disney_Vault for example on how keeping things scarce can boost sales and avoid market saturation.

artificial scarcity is but one of million methods for them.
disney is a megacorporation - half dead industrial music labels are not.
you don't choose industrial scene to make money. its not a non profit per say, but if want to get rich, you either leave it, or you leave it.

you becoming a criminal was your own fault - a direct result of poor decision making. your need is a very poor excuse. you can easily find a job as a yard-keeper - after a few month you'll be able to afford photoshop.
also, when im doing a copy of my own cd - calling it stealing is just semantics.
