2:18a	Йенские Драконы Постоянно всплывающая во фрэндленте "крокодилья" тематика напомнила мне о наших местных ящерах. Draco, одно из "Семи Чудес Йены" - статуя из кости и проволок, изображающая демоническое существо с семью головами и четырьмя хвостами. Создали Дракона в начале 16го века студенты Йенского Университета. Точные цели создания неизвестны. По одним предположениям статуя использовалась в театральных постановках, по другим это своеобразная карикатура на университетских профессоров. Оккультные или религиозные мотивы, конечно же, в официальных источниках не озвучиваются. ( Большое фото ) Лицезреть это чудо можно в местном музее. Впечатляет, надо сказать. Другой дракон изображен на гербе города: Это, как видно, самый настоящий крокодил. Правда, в несколько неприятном положении. (3 Comments | Comment on this)
9:24p	Black Jena Что-то проснулась во мне страсть к краеведению. ИтагЪ. Я ввожу новую рубрику "Black Jena".
