This Passover I did chocolate matzo cake, and my version of "Birds cream"...I had in mind to make desert from merenges, walnuts with coffee and heavy cream, but did not get to it...

With still 1/2 pack of Matza left, trying to decide if to repeat chocolate cake or make another babka - the problem with babka that kids won't eat it andI end up consuming it by myself...
