Dieser Kupferstich - Martin Engelbrecht (1684-1756) schuf ihn 1730 - zeigt einen Bierbrauer mit seinen Gerätschaften. Um den Kopf trägt er den »Bierzeiger« , das damals übliche Zeichen, daß hier gebraut und ausgeschenkt wird.
