What is the Real Gender Dysphoria? Is gender dysphoria really just an inner conflict? Everyone has chronic conflicts since childhood. Parents refused to buy a Lego set, because it looked too girly, but they bought a firefighters set instead - already an internal conflict for their child. It all comes down if the child accepts it or pours boiling water at his parents during their sleep as a revenge. Acceptance means the person is ready to function as a man. Poring boiling water forever derails them from the path to manliness and makes medical transitioning an acceptable alternative.
Same way if that boy wanted a manly police Lego set, but parents bought him a more girly beach set with a pink house, throwing a tantrum shows that child is misguided and wont be able to grow up into a functioning man. E.g. they can go postal, if fail exams to a police academy, and they are surely to fail them since they have wrong expectations. Yet by accepting a girly set even with masculine desires, the child demonstrate readiness to a be a man. Life is the test of endurance: if they endured for 40 years, they can endure another 40 - no issue, using whatever coping mechanism they have.
Stoicism is the foremost quality of a real man. Having the power, but being reserved and not using out of tantrum to, say, beat one's wife in response to her tantrums. So a child, accepting what the parents give him, shows the stoicism and good propensity toward becoming a man. But throwing a tantrum hints to further problems down the road. You have to see that as an event horizon, where future is already predictable and you have limited tools to change it, but the closer it gets, the more limited are your tools, until it becomes past and can't be changed anymore.
