Post-soviet states suffer either because they are muslim shitholes infested by creatures whose IQ is barely above a common household negro (e.g. uzbeks/tajiks), or because Russia, which haven't yet abandoned its imperialist ambitions, invades and feeds corruption there (Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Ukraine). A few nukes at Moscow will cut the gordian knot once and for all. Japans got perfectly sissified after Hiroshima and Nagosaki. No need to over-complicate or invent Rube Goldberg machine to solve simple problems. Have criminals? Shot them if violent, enslave if thieves till they compensate stolen tenfold working at uranium mines. No need to waste billions on prisons. No felon ever got corrected by spending honeymoon with other felons. And if you can't correct them, then keeping them incarcerated for life equates torture and embezzlement of taxpayer money. Round 'em up and shot - repeat 'til completion.
