Итнаткут - компенсация Интересно, насколько полно / точно описана ситуация?

Compensation
Pros * Government has said that a housing and compensation solution is available for every settler. * The amount of compensation matches the size of the family, thus giving large families the help they need. * Families can choose to accept compensation in the place of housing, allowing families to use the help where they need it most.
Cons * Compensation provided may not cover moving and other auxiliary resettlement costs. * Some settlers say that the checks are not available in the two-month window that has been promised. * Settlers who turn in forms after August 15th relinquish 30 percent of their compensation money.
Resettlement plan for evacuees
The current resettlement plan for Gaza evacuees calls for 850 apartments, 350 caravans in Nitzan, an additional 180 caravans in small Negev communities and 130 temporary structures in the Negev. Northern Samaria communities have a range of options in the Galilee region, including in the city of Afula.
Pros * Temporary housing will give settlers enough time to decide permanent solutions without taking hasty decisions during disengagement itself. * In the case of Nitzanim, the settlers would be able to stay together in one community, and within one municipal authority. * The areas with available housing are located in a relatively familiar region for the settlers and those working in the western Negev can remain in their positions. Cons * Provided housing options are much smaller than the large homes that the settlers were previously residing in. * No proper water and sewage systems exist in Nitzanim. * Building on the sand dunes will harm ecology in the Nitzanim nature reserve * Some land is very close to a sewage treatment plant in northern Ashkelon. |
