And the answer is "yes".
Spent weeks trying to guess how the apple got into Calvados bottle. Had to finish the brandy as part of research process. Now the question is how to get the apple out. Almost done with slicing it in the bottle and shaking the parts out.
I must tell you the apple has tenfold stronger taste than the liquor itself.
Three pubs one next to each other. One looks like a gloomy sport bar with very few patrons, the other is a very popular Irish pub with live music, and the third is a very popular local brewery. I'm undecided on which of the two later I like most. I finally developed the taste for Guinness and feel tempted to try few other irish brands. The local brewery is nice too. Also it is family-friendly: on Sunday mornings part of the it becomes play area, so parents with young kids may have a glass of beer in peace. |
