What interesting about this map was that it not only depict China at the time, but also shows the territories China had lost and it's view on it's neighbours, funny enough South China Sea wasn't shown in this map.

The word usage of given, occupied, self rule, independent and formerly was interesting and gives insight into China's view on territorial it's history and it's former tributary states.
