What conclusion follows from this depends on conclusions that would depend on an
investigation. If Israeli forces knew it was targeting medical personnel, that was a
war crime.
If it did not know, it may not have been a war crime. but it should be scandalous
anyway. Why did they not know? Did they try hard enough to
identify
the target? Israel seems to be ready to kill lots of civilians in Gaza.
