Grovelling to the bully harms the world
Robert Reich: *Those who grovel [to the bully] are harming the
world. They are traitors to America. We fought a Revolutionary War
almost 250 years ago to avoid just this.*

Foreign students in the US who face deportation
Hundreds of foreign students in the US who face deportation with no
explanation or accusation wonder if it was due to a traffic ticket
or some other minor interaction with thugs.
It looks like the bully has found a possibly lawful Kafkaesque method
of terrorizing innocent foreign visitors.

Presidential power to pardon a corporation
Does the US president have the power to pardon a corporation?
That constitutional issue is separate from whether this particular
pardon for a conviction for money laundering was a personally-motivated
attack on the United States. Given who did it, we can be sure of
that.

Police on high alert over Tesla protests
*Police Across the Country Are on High Alert Over Tesla Protests.*
They are struggling to drive the public to equate protests against
the muskrat with terrorism. Alas, they are pushing against a
self-driving campaign which recognizes the muskrat as a dangerous
threat to Americans' human rights and democracy, and to all the useful
and important things that the government does for people (such as
medical treatment) and for humanity (research and climate defense).
Some of those activities were already grossly insufficient, but
eliminating them, as the muskrat's meddling is doing, will only make
things worse.

First protesters, now students
First they came for the protesters, but now they are coming for the students
solely because of their ethnic background, religion, or
national origin.
If a school tries to protect its students from persecution, the bully's legal
gangsters may try to punish it by canceling its funding. But it can resist
that too, by suing.

USDA excused reporting injuries of meat factory workers
As part of the wrecker's War on Workers, the USDA has excused some
meat factories from reporting injuries to their workers. This will
permit them to achieve higher profits by making workers hurry (and
risk injuries).
