перевод:

On May 06, 2012 so-called "March of millions" took place in Mosсow, Russia. The aim of the March was to protest against fraud on the March 2012 presidential elections in Russia. Multiple frauds occurred during the presidential elections were repoded by media. Lawsuits filed by the election observers were never taken seriously by courts, and responsible officials never pleaded guilty. Everything was arranged to make challenging the results of the presidential elections practically impossible.

Moscow city authorities who are responsible for safety and security of public demonstrations failed to provide it. Police by its unprofessional actions provoked jam on a small narrow bridge in the center of Moscow city, and after that attacked, unmercifully beat and detained peaceful participants of the March.

Russian authorities did not try to identify persons in charge of what happened during the March. Instead of it, courts took exclusively the side of police and state prosecution and charges were only filed against the participants of the March. By the moment participants of the March listed right below have been put under arrest based only on verbal suggestions of the prosecution and not on any documented incidents, or even based on false evidences by police officers.

%prisonernames%

Arrests of peaceful march participants is neiher a restraint measure adequate to the charges filed. Nor the arrests can be legally motivated even if the charges against these people could have been assumed as true.

This is why we request to include people responsible for arresting peaceful march participants to the "open" part of the Magnitsky list. They are:
- Judges who made decisions to keep the March participants arrested during legal investigations;
- Procesution officers requested to put the March participants under arrest with no legal basis;
- Police officers who beat and detained the March participants and later provided false evidence against the participants.

как-то так. проверьте кто-нибудь опечатки и английский. аноним не из первых знатоков английского.
