If publishers focus on how those three elements can be performed better online and through mobile, innovation and business models will follow. If we don't innovate to do those jobs better for our customers, it's only a matter of time before someone else steps in.

Brian O'Leary: We don't know. Some people will tell you that it's the biggest problem facing publishing or that ebook piracy will kill publishing. None of those perspectives are informed by solid data.
