| Как создать запасной журнал на facebook |

Дорогие друзья по ЖЖ! Я понимаю, что продажа ЖЖ СУПу в ближайшее время ничего не изменит. Но, на всякий случай, давайте сохраним связь с друг другом в facebook.com
Сразу убиваем двух зайцев: сохраняем свои журналы и создаем запасную площадку.
1. Регистрация в facebook.com ничем не отличается от регистрации на любом интернет-сервере. Вот как это делается по шагам:
a) Если у вас там еще нет страницы, то надо зайти на http://www.facebook.com и нажать зеленую кнопку "Sign Up".
б) Заполнить графу Full Name ( Имя)
в) В графе "I am" можно выбрать "none of the above".
г) E-mail: поставить адрес своей электронной почты.
д) Create password: ввести пароль
е) Confirm password: повторить пароль
ё) Date of birth: можно ставить настоящий, можно любой. На ваше усмотрение.
ж) Security check: напишите в окошке текст перечеркнутых слов. не забудьте пробелы и заглавные буквы.
з) Обязательно поставьте галочку в "I agree ...."
и) Нажмите кнопку "Sign Up Now!"
На ваш почтовый адрес вышлют приглашение. Откройте его и нажмите на первую ссылку - регистрация закончена.
2. Импорт блога из ЖЖ в facebook
a) заходим на эту страницу: http://www.facebook.com/editnotes.php?import
б) в окошко "Web URL:" заносим адресс своего блога в ЖЖ или любой другой. Например, мой адрес в жж http://watertank.livejournal.com
в) поставьте галочку в квадратик перед фразой: By entering a URL, you represent that you have the right to permit us to reproduce this content on the Facebook site and that the content is not obscene or illegal.
г) нажмите кнопку "Start Importing"
д) когда появится первая страница ваших записей из ЖЖ, не забудьте нажать на синюю кнопку вверху страницы: Confirm Import.
Записи из вашего жж закачаются в facebook.
3. Добавление друзей.
а) заходите на страницу: http://www.facebook.com/s.php?guide
б) в окошко "Search for:" забиваете имя человека ( например, мое имя в facebook Eugene Wasserstrom). жмете Search.
в) Поиск выдает страницу имен. Находите нужного человека и жмете Add to Friends.
г) Появляется окошко защиты от роботов. Там нужно написать перечеркнутые буквы ( с заглавными и пробелом).
д) Написали? Теперь нажмите на кнопку "Add Friend".
e) Заявка на "подружиться" ушла вашему другу. Ей/ему надо будет зайти в свой ящик на facebook: http://www.facebook.com/notifications.php и подтвердить "дружбу". То же самое нужно будет сделать вам, если к вам придут запросы.
Готово.
Записи друзей появляются автоматически вот здесь: http://www.facebook.com/notes.php - работает точно так же, как лента в жж.

Chinese police are to stop arresting women who carry condoms, traditionally seen as evidence of prostitution, in an effort to help curb the spread of AIDS, state press said Friday.
Despite efforts to stop the practice, women in China are still being sent to labour camps for prostitution offences merely because they were carrying condoms when detained by police, the report said, quoting an expert.
"We have investigated many education-through-labour camps and we have found that for those sentenced for prostitution, the sole evidence was that they possessed condoms," Xinhua quoted the unnamed expert as telling an AIDS conference here.

Очень люблю это состояние, когда просыпаешься утром и видишь "внутренним глазом" чистую и простую картину нового мира. Она, конечно, еще не закончена, но "скелет" уже здесь, в голове. На него еще нужно навешивать детали, раскрашивать, подыскивать правильные слова, и работать, работать, работать. Но. Вязкое болото разрозненны фактов и мыслей, по которому бродил несколько недель, исчезло. Воды расступились и ... Ура! Можно двигаться вперед.
Интересно, как мозг это делает. |

The harmful effects of alcohol consumption are not necessarily limited to the amounts consumed. Drinking in binges is a specific feature of Russian alcohol consumption that may be of importance even for explaining the current mortality crisis.
Based on interviews conducted with a stratified random sample of 1190 Muscovites in 2004, this paper examines binge drinking in relation to the respondents’ economic situation and social relations. Consistent with prior research, this study provides further evidence for a negative relationship between educational level and binge drinking. Our results also indicate a strong but complex link between economic strain and binge drinking.

Почему в России нет вменяемой оппозиции?
Во-первых, потому что вертикаль власти, построенная Путиным, предотвращает появление сильных независимых региональных лидеров. Система назначения губернаторов и мэров крупных городов не дает оппозиционным кандидатам приобрести положительный опыт гос.правления и сделать себе репутацию. Оппозиции остается роль "говорунов", которые могут красиво рассказывать о будущих делах, но не могут показывать свою способность что-то сделать.
Во-вторых, потому что экономика России основана на добыче сырья, в основном углеводородов, и сильно централизована. У лидеров оппозиции нет возможности представлять диверсифицированные промышленные интересы.
В-третьих, нет независимых судов, поэтому у "едреной" администрации нет препятствий для подавления оппозиции в центре и на местах.

Reduced variation of physical exertion, environmental stressors, and thermal gradients that characterize modern lifestyles may reduce the autonomic dynamic range resulting in lowered heart rate variability and a myriad of systemic dysfunctions. The health benefits of activities such as exercise, meditation, acupuncture, coitus, and laughter may operate through increasing autonomic variability. Reduced physical exertion also accounts for declining dynamic range of musculoskeletal function. The resulting muscle atrophy, fat infiltration, and sarcomere shortening may not only have deleterious local effects, but may also be involved in systemic metabolic dysfunctions such as insulin resistance. The extent to which our endogenous systems rely on environmental variation for self-tuning and the impact that under-utilization of compensatory mechanisms has on biologic function are not well understood. Modern therapeutic approaches generally result in reversion to the mean of physiologic functions and may buffer against variation.
