method: how to check on the fool

i found method, that help in determining human intellect on youtube.

you take vidos, and run it on speed 1.25 if you undertstood "happening", you
 turn the speed up, until you keep context of vidos.
now, you take this speed koeff and divide it to two (max speed in youtube)
sou we get tube-IQ, as i have it named

1 - mean that you view completely fool man on youtube
0,125 - is most smart man (if you not understand him on speed 0.25)

for improvement you may take one minus this value,
then , the 1 means most clever person (that is unachievable), and 0 -- most fool
 (blah-blah-blah that is clear on max speed)

then formula: tube-IQ = 1 - Speed / 2


ps. I don't think it is my discovery. because it is quite obvious
ps.s. mems : iuuas2 (рус. аюю-aс-два) that means "I understand you at speed 2"
