eilat vs. petra
this is the chav capital of the world. the place feels as if it were bred by a construction site and a shopping mall. our hotel is a total piece of shit. good new is that they're all crappy. we've experienced a smorgasboard of israeli service first hand - sort of like being pulled over for speeding by a paranoid jewish state trooper - a lot of attitude but everybody is alright in the end, unless they're not.
Petra wins. It has an actual historic site of unimaginable proportions and the arab are friendly to the point of being obsequioius. I bought a genuine Nabatean coin.. I hope |
