I have just got an NDA (from an insignificant business entity) that reads:
"Any confidential information in any way provided to the Employee should be returned to the Employer or alternatively all media containing this information should be destroyed. The act of destruction should be documented."
Simply speaking:
since the action "to return" is not applicable to any information at all,
Employee must kill himself upon the completion of the task. |
