As we just learned, Russian server lenin.ru was shut down due to the efforts of your center. Lenin.ru hosts a marvelous Russian literary magazine for kids, Barsuk, as well as provides an important outlet for independent and alternative Russian thought. It has nothing to do with terrorism.

Your activities involve DOS-attacks on other sites and clearly are illegal. As an American publisher, we are particularly disturbed to learn that you operate through American servers. Is your American server provider aware of yr actions? We demand that you bring lenin.ru back and seize your unlawful activities.
