Владмир Буковский на ТВ We traveled across The Hague, the residence of the Dutch Queen and across Leiden, an old town famous for its battle in the eighty years war for the national and religious independence of Holland and for the oldest University. Once a schoolboy of our school in Old Stable Lane at Moscow was its’ student. He probably didn’t do his home exercises at school and couldn’t study in the Moscow University spending all his life in prisons and mental hospitals. But his study at Leiden and after that at Cambridge near London was a success. His name was Vladimir Bukovsky. He was the most famous pupil of our school because all our country sang a song about him: We have changed a hooligan For Louis de Corvalan. Could we find a bitch somewhere To throw Brezhnev anywhere? Я, как прочитал, так и не переставал восхищаться тем, как изящно был переведен русский мат в знаменитой частушке. |
