The cheater refusing to pay legal fees

*[The cheater] has refused to pay £290,000 in legal fees after [a lawsuit of his was] dismissed in UK, court told.

He has a history of stiffing people he as hired for the work they have done.

It is unwise to agree to work for him unless you have something on him to make him pay you.

Will the UK government have the guts not to allow him to enter the UK until he pays these legal fees?
