Sexual Harassment Policies and Procedures at Massachusetts Institute of Technology

As part of the continuing efforts to improve the environment in which we work, a Web-based training tool has been identified to assist with developing awareness of sexual harassment issues. The Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity and Diversity Programs Office at MIT has partnered with New Media Learning to offer this training.

Sexual Harassment Interactive Training Program
To eliminate sexual harassment, we need to understand it. The primary goal of this course is to enable you to identify sexual harassment behaviors. With this knowledge, we can help keep our workplace free of sexual harassment. This interactive training program will help you better understand what constitutes sexual harassment and the kinds of actions that might be taken to prevent or handle problem situations. It is part of an ongoing effort to ensure mutual respect among all employees and students at MIT.
