cyrillic withdrawal day 5
What does the choice of the new Russian PM teach us? This heavily depends on people's ability to learn. The usual pundits predictably responded with their lame we-told-you-so's, and weknew's. In fact, none of these analysts knew shit. No one could even remember whom did the jewish-sounding last name belong to.
Is he the mustached guy who wrote that surreal "The Russian Crop Field" song? No, he's not Mark Fradkin. Could he be related to this shady (redundant epithet) Russian banker who owns Alpha Bank? Not at all.
Is Fradkov KGB or GRU? What did the Supreme Leader want to tell his people by choosing him? Why did he do that? The answer, of course, is Because he can.

Here's your bullet list:

  1. He can jail Hodorkovsky just as easily as he can make Fradkov a prime minister.

  2. Nobody outside of His apparatus has a clue about what's going on, especially the journalists.
