Rwanda judicial system not independent

Rwanda's judicial system is not independent, and therefore does not try to do justice. It does what "president" orders. So it can hardly be trusted to protect the rights of people seeking asylum in Britain (or anywhere).

It might, quite the contrary, try to win favors from a UK government by making refugees disappear before their asylum cases are heard.
