Canadian fires Smoke from forest fires up north, caused by global heating, is making hazy air in much of the US. This is dangerous to the people who breathe the smoke, even when it is diluted so it is just a haze. But the worst thing about it is that the burning trees are releasing more CO2, threatening a runaway heating that could kill most of humanity and much of nature. |
