| Биография: | Greed did have a part to play in this but so did ignorant consumers. When I bought my summit county real estate house I vigorously studied the housing stock out there, looked at all my expenses both present and future (predicted) , refused to accept any loans that was not FIXED, walked away from bidding wars and did all the necessary leg work to find the summit county homes I bought. I put as much money down (after saving for years) as I could reasonably carry and bought the real estate house. To these steps sound like simple logic, sort of like tie your shoes before you walk, but when I listen to these idiots who signed variable real estate mortgages and then moan about the monthly rates going up, I bang my head against a wall, didn't you see the word VARIABLE!!!!??!!! These people DESERVE to loose their summit county colorado real estate house. Anyone who thought that house prices couldn't go up as well as down, needs their head examined, prices will always fluctuate and when you have 15 years of price increases and very little income increases you have overinflated prices, hence a bubble that will burst. You need to real estate agents account for that in your purchase, if you don't you're an idiot. And if you buy a house that you can't afford then you deserve to loose it, simple!!! | |
