Maybe too harshly, but that is. All statues should be removed everywhere along with churches and all that symbolism together. All of them should be demolished forever without any possibility to recover. That's just due to nature of the humans. No chance to fall into symbolism should be left. Either this is a war monument, flag or any other symbol, does not matter at all. Humans are not robots and one should pay attention to it.
