Given that we "drug" our Air Force pilots with amphetamines, the story is a propagandistic trick, even if true, unless further details about what kind of drugs were used, and for what purposes, are given...

The story might very well be true. What I do not draw from it is a far reaching conclusion that all of a sudden, al-Zarkhawi is losing his touch and things are going really bad for him. If you have enough chutzpah to kidnap a Saudi and transport him to Iraq, somehow I doubt that you lack resources.

Also, I might be missing something, but hasn't most of the reported "terrorist activity" in Iraq NOT involved any suicide bombers? Has it not, in fact, rather, resembled traditional guerilla warfare methods?

The very word "terrorism" is being diluted now, which is not a good sign. So, if you use the traditional meaning of the word, then the answer is negative, but if you use the modern, euphemistical meaning, then oy; no idea.

Призваные таким образом в ряды победоносной армии "солдаты" отправляются, под угрозой расстрела за невыполнение приказа в Ирак....

Других, более вероятных вариантов, при которых я и иракские повстанцы оказываются в одной местности я не вижу.
