Interesting. So what time would you start the ascent?

Depends on the path. White dot/cross takes no more than two hours, but I was thinking about taking an alternative route, from Route 124 up the southern slope, Old Halfway House followed by White Arrow. While it is said to be faster, I have my doubts: White Arrow is rather steep. If the weather is wet or has been wet for a while before that day, I will choose another trail. If I am in a group, I would add between half an hour and an hour, depending on the group.

Bottom line: I would give myself more than two hours, just in case.

To start off at around 10:30 am, I will need to get to the place at around 10:30 am (time lost at the trailhead is negligible). So I would leave home no later than 8:30 am. That's assuming I go alone. With a group, I would add between half an hour and an hour, depending on the group.
