Personally, I think there are way too many child-porn restrictions. IMO, legalizing everything that does not use actual live children would not only help protect the children, but would also give a real boost to the cartoon, toy, and possibly robot industries.

Why not dead ones? Murdering children, of course, should still be a crime, but if a child can be proven to have died of natural causes, and the heirs are willing... Whose property is a corpse, anyway?

Выглядит весьма тревожно.. но тем не менее следует заметить, что сказать об этом "criminalizing hyperlinks" - преувеличение: щелчок на линк являлся лишь основанием для обыска - если в ходе обыска ничего не обнаружено, то ни о какой ответственности за сам щелчок речи не идет.
