If you want to hear more great stuff from ex-Soviet area I'd advice you to
check out:
REUTOFF (death industrial/ noise/ ambient) -Regno Di Pianta - amazing album!
Prime - kinda "Best off" compilation.
CISFINITUM (noise/ ambient) - I had no chance to listen to his studio
recordings, but his live perfomance at LAND(SCHAFT) festival was extremely
good.
SOLAR SALT or SAL SOLARIS (ambient) - very good band from Rostov. They
release a debut album through Albin Julius' label.
FIRST HUMAN FERRO (death industrial) - the best industrial band from
Ukraine. He has released two CDRs in Poland and Belarus. A debut CD will be
out on LSDO.
STILLIFE (darkwave) - very nice moody music from Rostov. Their tape demo
Rainy December is great.

Not sure about the others you mentioned- especially
Reutoff, who didn't grab me at all. But Solar Salt are
amazing. Beautiful stuff.
Also, speaking of groups from Russia, check out the
liquidous, mysterious L.C.- they have a new album out
on Hau Ruck! (Weltanscauliche Mission) and
an EP (Ahnenschein) on Der Angriff.
