As far as I know there is no expression "copper vagina", there are "copper vessel ((?) - definitely not pelvis :)
and simply "vagina", and the "copper vessel" is an euphemism for "vagina".
but in the end both expressions are russian phraseology and to be really civilized you should use english or spanish phraseology instead :)
