Yes, there's no real political discourse in russia.
There's a discourse of gopniks, scoofs and obrygans: khokhly, beer, chicks, football, "Putin, it is forevere, nothing will change" and so on. Real political discourse is a discourse about real changes: e.g. the canceling of the robbering pension reform, i.e. real deeds in real life. The problem is while "a discourse of gopniks, scoofs and obrygans" be dominated the elevating of age of getting the pension to be continued...
