I don't know if you would call PICHISMO from Kaunas, Lithuania noise/experimental or metal-influenced shitcore or 'outsider' art - or just insane.

Leaving aside his weird art, Gleb simply as a person is very possibly the most unusual human being I've ever met. He was a great host for a bunch of us English guys a few years ago, but we are all still confused about what exactly happened the night we stayed at his place. We came to Lithuania for strangeness and excitement and with Glebo we found more than we could imagine!
