Т.е. сенатор США явно не желает, чтобы РФ выкинули из "Большой восьмёрки". Это при том вопиющем факте, что якобы "половину ядерного оружия украли". (!)

Выводы интересные получаются:
1. Они боятся даже малейшей независимости России.
2. Сенатор либо говорит заведомую ложь о пропаже ядерного оружия, либо точно знает, где пропавшее оружие находится. :)
