11:00 am	Миллионы всухую Первая и пока единственная скважина «Газпрома» в Венесуэле не принесла положительных результатов, а расходы концерна составили при этом около $300 млн, заявил в пятницу вице-премьер Игорь Сечин. «Было сломано несколько дорогостоящих инструментов, и продолжение работы специалистами [»Газпрома«] считалось неперспективным», — отметил он (цитата по «Интерфаксу»). Речь идет о венесуэльском шельфовом блоке «Урумако-1». В 2005 г. «Газпром» заплатил за него $15,2 млн, скважину начал бурить в ноябре 2008 г. Тогда зампред правления «Газпрома» Александр Медведев заявлял, что оценка запасов на этом участке — 180 млрд куб. м газа. А Сечин отмечал, что промышленная добыча может начаться через 4-5 лет. Однако в начале 2010 г. стало понятно, что на проекте проблемы: подрядчик «Газпрома» — Scorpion Nederlandse — выставил счет за бурение в $30 млн, концерн заплатил половину, подрядчик обратился в суд, и из его заявления стало известно об аварии и задержанных работах при бурении. Компании в итоге урегулировали спор, «Газпром» доплатил $12,8 млн. Но летом начальник департамента «Газпрома» Всеволод Черепанов признал, что работы на «Урумако-1» не принесли успеха и потому концерн решает, стоит ли продолжать их на этом блоке, а также на «Урумако-2» (лицензия получена в 2005 г.). Из слов Сечина следует, что второй скважины в Венесуэле пока не будет. «Мы договорились с [венесуэльскими] партнерами о возможности замены этого участка на новые блоки», — отметил вице-премьер, но деталей не раскрыл. Представитель «Газпрома» слова Сечина комментировать не стал. До сих пор самые высокие затраты по сухим скважинам списывал «Лукойл». Его рекорд — $317 млн списаний в 2008 г., но сразу по нескольким проектам (три скважины в Саудовской Аравии, работы в Азербайджане, Казахстане и Колумбии). У «Газпрома» и его «дочек» есть лицензии примерно в 10 странах. И это не первая неудача за рубежом. Летом концерн признал, что 10 лет работы в Индии не принесли результатов. В целом за 2009 г. «Газпром» провел буровые работы в Венесуэле, Индии, на шельфе Вьетнама, Средиземного моря, в Ливии, Алжире, Киргизии, Узбекистане, Таджикистане. Из 10 пробуренных скважин сухими оказались восемь (в 2008 г. из четырех не было ни одной продуктивной). А общие расходы на зарубежных проектах составили 16 млрд руб.
