Isn't there a way for Frost to detect the sources of the DOS, and shunt it's input for some random amount of time? Is there an API or specification I can examine?
No, that's against the whole fucking point of freenet. You can't identify where shit is coming from.
But - there should be a way to detect that a node is passing garbage (broken messages) and then shunt it (discard it). Knowing from where it came isn't important in this regard.
или это я идиот? равзе во freenet не используют нечто, похожее на луковицы? по идее же passing garbage может любая нода, даже я, даже аллах. хуй его ведь знает, куда оно расползётся и от кого я получу.
