sorry for being so stupid, really... it's just hard to understand that for somebody being considered a european by other people, may not be as precious as it is for greeks, you know, I've spent my whole life feeling bad because we are not considered 'absolutely' europeans, and, well, I'm so stupid and don't even want to study the russian history and understand that when a state is powerful enough, they have no need to be considered 'europeans' or anything, they are fine by themselves (and would even like to become enemies of the europeans or beat the europeans -and, anyway, I'm so stupid, at that time the europeans didn't even represent one entity, one country could be an ally of the russians, another an enemy, I'm f... s...)

Строго говоря, принадлежность/непринадлежность русских к Большому Западу есть всё еще вопрос дискутируемый. История Российской Империи (от Петра Первого до Октябрьской революции) это во многом неудавшаяся попытка доказать себе и другим, что мы являемся частью Европы. В октябре семнадцатого оказалось, что этот кукольный домик нас просто не вмещает.
