The child has come second in a 1923 best decorated pram competition with an entry called 'Sunshine and roses'. The photograph does not record how well the woman dressed as France did. Photographed by Annand of 39 Clinton Avenue





Found image. I think these are probably the winners at an Edwardian fete or carnival. The wonderful detailed photographs includes details of fancy dress and a decorated bike.
