Collectively, around the world, we face significant threats to democracy, how we manage health pandemics and action to prevent climate change, among others. Framework. These include: Regional responders (e.g. EEAS, Stratcom, WHO) Actors: disinformation analysis, response lead Intelligence community (e.g. the US DoD Principal IO Advisor, ENISA) Why do they need DISARM? Need to map country TTPs Law enforcement (e.g. FBI behavior intelligence team) Why do they need DISARM? Need to map financial actors and disinfo connected to fraud Responders working with the general public (e.g. UW / CogSec.org, MITRE Squint) Why do they need DISARM? Need a set of TTPs appropriate for general public and public communities to detect/ report, and to implement as responses Election officials responding to election disinformation Current Mood:  okay |
