Key ProvisionsBoycott Prohibitions: The EAA prohibits U.S. persons from complying with unsanctioned foreign boycotts imposed by foreign countries or international governmental organizations (IGOs) against Israel or its businesses. This includes furnishing information about business relationships with or in Israel, or with entities organized under Israeli law. Exemptions: Certain activities are exempt from the boycott prohibitions, such as complying with export requirements of the boycotting country relating to shipments or transshipments of exports to Israel.
